Payments for subscriptions and memberships: keep the members you already won.

A failed renewal is rarely a customer who wanted to leave. It's usually a bad minute at a provider or a network error. With payFURL, card details are stored once in payFURL Vault, and a renewal that hits a temporary decline is retried through your nominated backup provider automatically, so the member stays a member.

Why do subscription renewals fail?

A failed renewal is rarely a customer who wanted to leave. It's usually a bad minute at a provider or a network error, and most businesses only find out once it's already gone wrong.

How does payFURL recover a failed renewal?

A renewal that hits a temporary decline is retried through your nominated backup provider automatically, using the same stored card. No card is re-entered, and the member stays a member.

Where are my members' cards stored?

Cards on file are tokenised in payFURL Vault, which is PCI DSS v4.0.1 Level 1 certified. Client data collected in Australia stays in Australia.

Can I add a provider without asking members for their cards again?

Yes. payFURL's vaulted record isn't tied to one provider, so you can add a new provider later without re-collecting a single card.
