1How many and what payment methods do you have connected?
We have dozens of connections to payment gateways, Buy Now Pay Later providers, direct debit companies and other alternate payment methods. If we don’t have what you or your customers are after, just speak with us and we’ll be more than happy to look into it.
2How much do you charge?
Each client is unique and how they use and interact with payFURL is just as unique. So there are a number of factors that we look at and work with you on to determine the cost to you. Speak with us and we’re happy to tell you more.
3Who holds the account with each payment service provider?
payFURL does not work as an aggregator or intermediary from a commercial relationship perspective - payFURL provides a No Code / Low Code connection to the payment service providers for our clients to access. This helps payFURL Clients keep control of their payment related fees.
4Do you service in-store payments?
At this stage our focus is on online payments only. But we are looking at providers we can partner with to service in store purchases, so payFURL can help facilitate an omni-channel offering.

6Who does payFURL service - online shoppers, online businesses - who?
payFURL is, what is known in the payments industry, a Payments Orchestration Platform. A payments orchestration platform is, simply, a software that manages online payment processing from start to finish. So for payFURL our core customers are those businesses who sell goods and services online. And it isn’t just the individual businesses we service, but the technology they use to run their business. Be that an eCommerce, ticketing, booking or fundraising platform, be that a cloud accounting package or even the payment provider they work with. payFURL works with and services all these parties along an online payments life cycle. 1How secure is payFURL?
payFURL is PCI Level 1 compliant. This means we have the same standards and compliance as any of the major banks, credit card schemes or transaction processes around the world. This was a rigorous process and was independently obtained. payFURL is audited annually to ensure we continue to adhere to this standard.
2How easy is it for developers to connect to payFURL? Do you have any tools to help them?
payFURL has been developed with developers in mind! We have tried to remove as much hassle as we could to enable you to connect to payFURL. To help with this we have very thorough documentation, that is continuously being updated with Software Development Kits (SDKs) available in multiple programming languages. payFURL also has a Sandbox for you to test things out before you go live. And our team is here to help you in any way we can!
3How reliable is payFURL?
payFURL has been designed from the ground up to be a reliable service. We have not had a single outage on the platform to date. We’re hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS), running in multiple availability zones to maximise reliability and resilience. Hosting on AWS provides payFURL with a high level of reliability, but also scalability - meaning that as the demand on our platforms grows, we can replicate new instances of our platform and ensure our high level of performance and reliability.

1Where is payFURL based?
payFURL is an Australian company and our team is based across the country with team members based in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast. While we are Australian based, we are internationally focused and can work with you to service your requirements anywhere in the world.
2How long has payFURL been in business?
The founders of payFURL have been working away quietly in the background since late 2019 and in late 2021 were successful in gaining some backing and are going to market in a big way in 2022!
3So what’s with the name “payFURL”?
We wanted to make our name stand out and be something memorable, but describe what we do. So when you “furl” something, you roll or fold it up neatly and securely.
